The TESA III coordination management, represented by Dr Francisco Saúte, The TESA III Coordinator, Eng. Rodrigues Matcheve, The TESA network Project Manager and Dr Sikhulile Moyo, co-PI at BHP, attend and present at a TESA-focused session at the EDCTP Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) in France – Hotel Le Méridien Etoile: Paris, 75017, France. The Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) is an advisory panel of independent scientific experts from Europe and Africa. It is the main advisory body to the General Assembly and the Secretariat.
The meeting gave an opportunity to TESA members to interact with SAC Members seating in board and respond to queries from SAC members involved in the network evaluation. In addition to the members of the SAC meeting, the Executive Director of EDCTP3, Dr Michael Makanga, Harleen Grewal, Chair of meeting, Thomas Nyirenda, Strategic Partnerships & Capacity Development Manager, Ms Michelle Nedru, the EDCP Project Officer and reviews, participated in this meeting.
