Our governance structure includes the General Assembly, the board, the Steering Committee, the decision making board, the Scientific Advisory Committee and the Coordination Committee which includes, the for Work Packages leaders, the Consortium Coordinator and Project  Manager and Coordinator Officer.

The TESA Project is governed by the General Assembly of the TESA, the legal strategic level for the implementation of the third project (2021-2024).

The Board of TESA is entrusted by the General Assembly with the management of the Consortium and Project Monitoring and Evaluation of the Coordination team based in Fundacao Manhica in Mozambique. The Scientific Advisory Committee is the principal advisory body composed of five members selected from professional and scientific societies, academia, health, education, government non-governmental and public sectors. The projects is implemented by the TESA full partners members, the project beneficiaries from the participating countries.
